2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- First Session Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first tutoring session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the session date.
- Service Cancellation: If we are unable to provide the services you purchased due to circumstances beyond your control, you will receive a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from accessing or participating in a scheduled session, and we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or session rescheduling.
3. Refund Request Process

- Your name and contact information
- Date of purchase and transaction details
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or evidence
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Sessions that have been completed more than 7 days prior to the refund request
- Services that have been fully delivered and consumed
- Refund requests made after the completion of all sessions in a purchased plan
- Refunds requested due to change of mind after services have been provided
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for unused sessions within a purchased plan. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions and the original purchase price, minus any applicable fees.
6. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be considered as completed.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor unavailability or technical issues. In such cases, we will provide you with alternative session times at no additional cost.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and future service access.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us at help@gloxarelaochexor.world. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
